A fee may be charged for Mortgage advice, processing and arranging your Mortgage. The precise amount will depend upon your circumstances but we estimate it to be 0.4% of the loan. The minimum fee payable would be £299. upon completion of the Mortgage, for example a Mortgage of £100,000 the fee payable would be £399. As we offer independent advice, additional fee options are available.
